A mobile app had launched with a great product but poor user acquisition strategy — struggling with UA with 15% Day-7 retention. Our brief: rebuild the onboarding to increase retention, then run a paid UA campaign that could scale profitably.
The Solution
We redesigned the onboarding flow (cutting it from 11 steps to 4, with progressive disclosure and value-first design). We rebuilt the Meta UA campaign structure from scratch — new creative, new audience architecture, new bid strategy. Added TikTok as a second channel in week 4.
